We had a video chat with 2013 GoPro Ironman World Champion Mirinda Carfrae about the superb record breaking race performance, needing to be convinced by Jim Felt to ride the new Felt IA, shopping for Audis and much more. This is already the second title for this speedy Aussie, having already won it in 2010 and a 3rd one seems also within reach.

Mirinda Carfrae rode her fastest split in Kona on the brand new Felt IA and reached T2 well within reach of the leaders.

A quick glance at the pesky photographer, but then back to the business at hand.

The 2:50 marathon was the 3rd fastest time overall in the race.
