We sometimes shadow a Pro for a day and in this case we followed British Pro Rich Allen who currently resides just outside of Statesville, NC. Allen actually retired back in 2006, but in 2009 came back to race some. He ended up with some very strong performances in 2011 despite his limited training, and so he worked much harder for 2012, but the results did not reflect the added effort. So he reset for 2013, but with a young baby daughter and a very busy coaching gig, that may have been a natural development anyway.
