Ironman Hawaii airs on Saturday

We have followed the 2007 Ironman World Championships via the internet on race day, discussed it feverishly in the forum and checked out all kinds of websites and magazines since. Now we'll get to see the NBC coverage. So on Saturday when you are done with your workout, you can get inspired for Sunday's workout.

In addition to the pro racing action the NBC coverage will feature Charlie Plaskon, a 64 year-old blind athlete, Brian Boyle, a 21-year old college student who survived a near fatal automobile accident three years ago; and Scott Rigsby, a below-the-knee double amputee.
