Why nobody tried to know the real story? I was witness of the accident and it was not the truck fault! Ryan did not obey the transit sign and he was not wearing helmet. I hope he get better and I really wish that he can go back speeding again, but it is not fair to accuse the truck driver without knowing the real fact.

It is great to read that things are going well for Ryan and that his injuries are not as bad as first indicated. I am sure he will have a speedy and successful recovery. Does ayone know if the person who hit Ryan was charged or otherwise punished?
