We Noticed: Jabra, Oakley...

In this issue of What We Have Noticed we stumbled upon the Jabra sport headset, the Oakley Special Edition Heritage Eyeshade, the Veiss tire tool and a Granfondo in Italy.

You will likely have seen the Jabra logo on the kit of Craig Alexander and he has been a long time partner and fan of this tech brand. His likeness also appears on many Jabra boxes and that brings a face of triathlon into many electronics store and introduces the sport to masses. The Jabra headset wraps behind the ears and offers a choice of seven different eargels to fit a huge variety of folks snug and secure in hard workout conditions. Connects via bluetooth to your phone and also has a built-in FM radio if you prefer to run with less gear.

Oakley Special Edition Heritage Eyeshade

This Oakley shades were the goods when the sport was in full swing in the 80s and Scott Tinley was one of their poster guys. In 1985 he won the Ironman Hawaii race wearing a white framed version of the Eyeshade. Almost 30 years later you too can be as cool as Tinley and show up at a race or social scene with these retro glasses.

Veiss tire lever

Don't you hate it when you have a flat and you can't find that tire lever in your jersey or your tool kit. This is where Veiss comes to the rescue as that tire tool wraps around the CO2 cartridge that is mounted to a behind the saddle bracket kit.

Granfondo Alta Langa

In late August of 2014 you could be cycling through the Italian countryside with a few thousand other passionate cyclists and experience the Granfondo della Nocciola Alta Langa. There are 3 different routes available with various degrees of difficulty and there ought to be something to suit your style and fitness. If nothing else you should just go there for the food and the scenery.
