This week we noticed the Bontrager Oracle helmet, the One-Hour Workouts book, Wallaby Yogurt, the 2011 Epic Camp in France and the Keep It Simple Stupid t-shirt.

What: The 2011 Team Leopard Trek is already sporting the new Bontrager Oracle, a low profile 27-vent helmet that will be in stores in Europe and elsewhere come spring, and to the USA after CSPC certification this summer.

What: One-Hour Workouts is a collection of 50 swim, bike and run workouts for busy folks who might only have a lunch hour to spare for training including warm-up and cool down. Surely you can commit one hour a day to training.

Wallaby yogurt
What: Wallaby yogurt is the most delicious yogurt this editor has come across to date and comes in a nice variety of flavors and versions. Vanilla actually is offered both in a low fat and non fat versions, but your local store may only offer one or the other. If you have both options, grab the non fat, it is especially tasty.

What: You can test your lungs and legs at the 2011 Epic Camp France when you climb the Col du Telegraphe, Col du Galibier, Col de la Croix de Fer and the somewhat famous Alpe D’Huez under the guidance of epic coaches Scott Molina and John Newsome, plus you will most likely return with some incredible memories.
