Kiwi Pro Callum Millward will race the Ironman 70.3 Raleigh on the new Quintana Roo PR6 super bike and we managed to take a closer look before it went into battle.

The PR6 was introduced in late March of this year and now a few athletes show up at various events on it. An most of these athletes have one thing in common - they fit a size 52, the first size that has shipped.

Callum Millward is new to the QR stable and he seems very excited to be on it. Upon his return to Boulder he will fine tune the bike fit with Mat Steinmetz.

The PR6 of Callum Millward features Shimano components throughout including a Missile Evo cockpit.

The lines of this QR are clean and simple and for the race on Sunday Millward will race a C75 front and a Shimano disc in the rear.

Just to make sure he is not called an Aussie.

Millward is not completely dialed in, so this position may change.

An XLab cage hides under the ISM Attack saddle.

The view of the cockpit from above shows that Millward uses a Profile cage to keep his water bottle between the arms.

The QR PR6 can use this dual bolt Shimano brake or any single bolt brake in this space.

A TriRig brake would make this clean bike even tidier.

Millwards rides 172.5 cranks right now but will likely be on 165 ones after the Raleigh race.

The Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 shifting is trusted by many Pros.

The now famous shift feature of the QR moves the air to this side.

The rear brake is hidden below the chainstays and can also be replaced with a single bolt one. The one currently in place is too wide to allow Millward to use his Stages power meter.
