Evelyn Stevens of Team Specialized-Lululemon won the 2013 Amgen Tour of California invitational women's TT on a Specialized S-Works Shiv TT and we took a closer look at her bike when she raced at the Volkswagen US Cycling Pro TT Championships in Chattanooga, TN. Since we last saw her in Chattanooga Evelyn has won the Parx Casino Philadelphia Cycling Classic with an incredible display of climbing prowess.
