What We Have Noticed: Brooks, Trix, Chobani...

We had our ears and eyes wide open and came across the Brooks T7 Ltd Edition racing shoes, the Trix Stripes t-shirt, Chobani Greek Yogurt, a new bag from Gyst and cool flat pedals from Ergon.

Brooks T7 Ltd Edition

What: The Brooks T7 Limited Edition will be featuring a unique Union Jack color scheme and heel and tongue loops for swift triathlon action. If you manage to snag a pair of these racing shoes, you can feel just like Chrissie Wellington.
Sizes: Just like the regular T7
MSRP: n/a
Website: brooksrunnin.co.uk

Trix Stripes

What: The Trix Stripes t-shirt was designed with the 2011 Earth Day in mind, but it clearly can be worn on any other day and no one else would be the wiser. That is actually a good thing here because the shirt won't be available for another week or so. Even though it says "Triathlon It" on the back, with it on you might be able to blend in with a bunch of surfers.
Available: Late April
MSRP: $27
Website: trix-gear.com

Chobani Greek Yogurt

What: We stumbled upon the Chobani Greek Yogurts at the 2011 Sea Otter Classic festival and this editor was immediately smitten by them. The taste is great, and they are available in non fat and low fat varieties and have quite a bit more protein than other yogurts, but most importantly, they are indeed yummy.
Flavors: Various
Size: 6oz (some are available in 16oz and 32oz)
MSRP: $1.49
Website: chobani.com

Gyst BP1-11

What: We looked at the Gyst transition system bag a few months back and liked it then and the company now stepped up with an improved version called the BP1-11. Step into the bag instead of onto the towel next time you race.
MSRP: $180
Website: gystconcept.com

Ergon PC2 pedal

What: The Ergon PC2 pedal appears to be a great pedal for your coffee shop / commuter bike and this flat pedal has seemingly more design features than most of its competitors in that category. Ergon boasts about the ergonomic and positive connection between bike and rider, we just think it looks cool.
Available: May 15
Sizes: S / L
MSRP: 69,95 €

Chobani! 5 out of 5 stars

I love Chobani! More protein and less sugar. I buy 25 at a time at Price Rite where they are 99 cents. Strawberry banana 2% fat is the best. Eat it at room temp for better flavor.

Pretty Good WWHN 5 out of 5 stars

For the Brooks T7, I was sad to see no mention of the War on ALS Limited Edition.
