WHEN LOGGING THE EASY MILES OR DOING RECOVERY RUNS, I TRY TO TRAIN WITH PEOPLE. TRAINING ALONE CAN BE A TICKET TO MISERY AND MAY LEAD TO LACK OF MOTIVATION.
THE BEST MEAL AFTER A LONG RUN IS AN ENORMOUS BOWL OF CEREAL, WITH RAISINS AND BANANAS IN THE WINTER, BLUEBERRIES IN THE SUMMER.
TRYING TO COME UP WITH GOOD PAPER TOPICS OR ARGUMENTS WHEN YOU RUN IS JUST ANOTHER FORM OF PROCRASTINATION.
