COMMENTS ONCE 40,TRY NOT TO STOP FOR MORE THAN 3-4 WEEKS AND GAIN 10KG (AS I DO); IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO COME BACK.
DURING THE BASE MONTHS, SPIN & STAY ON THE SADDLE ON HILLS (HR BELOW 90% AT). WAIT THE LAST 8 WEEKS BEFORE OBJECTIVE FOR HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS (HR 90-110% AT).
