General Info: Dave and Norma own and operate Dreamcatcher Fitness in Boise, ID. Our philosophy supports the total athlete in their desire to improve performance in endurance sports and live a more purposeful life. We offer a holistic approach to training and nutrition that will address total body harmony with the end result of increased fitness and well being. Rates & Fees: Nutrition consulting @ $75.00 / hr.
Race/season planning @ $50.00/ hr.
Individual Coaching (in-person 2X/mo. + email) @ $125/mo.
