Endurance Concepts was designed by two competitive triathletes who spent their days in offices as engineers in the nuclear and aerospace industries. Using their analytical backgrounds, they wanted to optimize their training and eliminate the waste. Do you want to get the maximum performance gain for the time you spend training?
The USAT certified coaches at Endurance Concepts want to provide you with the most effective training while helping to integrate sports into your lifestyle. Whether you are training to complete a local 5k running race or aiming to qualify for the Ironman World Championships, Endurance Concepts has the knowledge and experience to get you there. Rates & Fees: Full Integration Package: $200 per month
Static Integration Package: $125/4-wk
1-on-1 Run and Bike Skill Sessions: $50 per hour
1-on-1 Swim Skill Sessions: $30 per 1/2 hour Training Camps Offered: EC will be putting on a series of Training Camps designed around Augusta 70.3. Please contact us for further information.
