General Info: Matt is the creator of Level 6 Triathlon, a multisport coaching service dedicated to maximizing the potential of every athlete. Matt is an accomplished triathlete, who has competed in short and long course triathlons for over 10 years. Matt is also no stranger to the science of nutrition and exercise. He attended the University of Texas, where he earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Arizona State University, completing a Bachelors in Nutrition. Matt has earned a USAT level I coaching certification.
Matt is also a competitive runner, finishing multiple marathons and ultra-marathons and has experience as a natural running instructor and has performed hundreds of gait analyses.
