I focus on coaching collegiate athletes to become better at triathlon and in their other life as students who are growing, curious, creative, intelligent people who will change the world. I have coached two collegiate teams to podium finishes regionally and nationally.
I also coach young professionals to top age group finishes at Ironman, 70.3 and Olympic distance races. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I am also able to train athletes and to modify training for athletes with health conditions. Rates & Fees: Private coaching fees are $150 per month for online. In person work on swim, bike, run, strength programming, yoga/functional mobility, running analysis, swim analysis or bike analysis for $75 for 1.5 hours. Training Camps Offered: Camps are organized for the Texas Triathlon team currently.
