Philosophy of coaching: As a coach of athletes both young and old, the encompassing success factor is to establish quality relationships with athletes to help them succeed both physically and mentally during their training programs. Workouts are key, however understanding your athlete on a personal level will help you adapt those plans to their particular strengths/weaknesses and help them to adapt to push through personal barriers to find personal bests.
