General Info: I have raced triathlons for 27 years at all distances. Three years ago I started coaching as people kept asking me for advice anyway because of my experience and my medical background. I coach all age groups, including a kids group. I plan each persons training schedule to fit their needs and goals. I have been able to compete at the top of my age group for years and I know about life balance and avoiding burnout. I have a husband who is a 10 time Ironman and three kids. I love the sport of triathlon and I love to see others discover a passion for it as well. Rates & Fees: I charge $50 for a one hour consultation that can be for a specific sport of swim, bike, run or transitions. I charge $150 per month for personalized coaching, initial evaluation included, plans on Training Peaks with that fee included, unlimited phone an Training Camps Offered: Transition clinic at least once a summer.
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
