General Info: Rogue TRI Performance is a multi-sport training company that provides coaching for triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers and those looking to get into shape through strength training. Our programs are custom made to fit your lifestyle, available training hours, goals, sport, testing results, and will be adjusted when ?life happens? so you are always progressing.
Coach Michael Gallagher has been coaching athletes for more than six years and also competes in 5K - 50K running events along with Sprint - Half Ironman events. Michael has been featured in numerous sports magazine, contributing writer for Triathlete magazine, co-race director for 3 triathlons, 2018 coach for a Team USA triathlete and Elite ITU Triathlete, and more.
Michael certificates include: CSCS, USAT, USMS L-2, ACE PT/SC Rates & Fees: My rates are based on what package a client would like. I offer training packages for triathletes, runners, cyclists, strength athletes and sports nutrition. Training Camps Offered: Currently we do not have any camps but do offer discounts to our local triathlon races.
