                      General Information: Following the principles of fitting laid out by the FIST process, we help clients find the right bike for their specific body type and physical capabilities.  

This Trek Precision Fit uses Motion Capture Dynamic Analysis (M.C.D.A.) to include a thorough custom analysis of rider biomechanics and movement through the use of high-speed video, resulting in the best analysis of your position on the bike. M.C.D.A. includes:

-Shoe sizing & cleat placement

-Saddle selection

-Saddle height

-Saddle fore/aft position

-Stem length & position    

-Handlebar width & position

- Video analysis of cycling position
