John Carson, you are an Ironman

Aernouts, Goos in Antwerp
Bart Aernouts held off Marino Vanhoenacker and Dirk Bockel to win the 2010 Marc Herremans Ironman 70.3 Antwerp. Sofie Goos captured the women's race and successfully defended her title. 7.25.10
Swiss claim Ironman Switzerland
Ronnie Schildknecht had a dominating performance at the 2010 Ironman Switzerland and has now won this event for the fourth time. Karin Thürig took the women's title in a time of 9:00:04. 7.25.10
Findlay upset winner at London WCS
Paula Findlay, a 21 year-old from Canada in her very first Dextro Energy World Championship Series race, outruns four Olympians in the stretch to win London 7.24.10

Busy bee Magali Tisseyre
Canadian Magali Tisseyre has had a very busy racing season so far and took wins at Buffalo Springs Lake 70.3 and Moooseman 70.3. The focus now is on World Championships in Clearwater, but first a bit of mellow time. 7.20.10

2-time Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander clocked a very fast 3:48:56 on his way to win the Ironman 70.3 Racine. Kiwi Sam Warriner was solid all day long and took the women's title. 7.18.10
Emphatic Roth wins for Henning and Wellington

Vineman wins for Lieto and Carfrae
Chris Lieto distanced himself from all his competitors with a 2:08:53 bike split and then closed out his day with a 1:16:44 run to win the 2010 Vineman 70.3 event with a comfortable margin. Mirinda Carfrae had a tough battle with Leanda Cave but in the end took the women's title. 7.18.10

Javier Gomez topped Olympic champion Jan Frodeno to win the Dextro Energy ITU World Championship Series in Hamburg, Germany. Frodeno takes over WCS points lead. 7.17.10

Nico Lebrun won his second straight XTERRA Mountain Championship and Shonny Vanlandingham took her third consecutive title at Beaver Creek Resort 7.17.10
