40 slots are available for Hawaii Ironman 2001 which is a jump from only 18 for 2000. The slot allocation will not be absolutely final, since we are still waiting for final pro slot allocation.

Shortly we'll be presenting both the slot allocation, and an analysis of Ironman qualification likelihood based on last year's finish times and this year's allocations.
