This is a full body strength workout that suggests the exercise order and the recommended sets & repetitions to be completed. Progressions and variations are also shown. This workout can be done in your own home or office using just a couple suggested tools or in a gym with cable equipment and free weight. Proper stretch technique is provided by Sports & More Physical Therapy. As a certified
Strength & Conditioning Specialist and triathlete I am often asked what the
best exercises are for a certain injury that plagues that athlete. I noticed
very quickly that the average triathlete tends to have many injuries that could
have been prevented by basic strength exercises. Another thing I noticed were
many of these athletes were performing a routine that was in no way specific to
the movements they performed as a triathlete. After years of training
triathletes and other athletes of various sports, I have developed a basic
exercise routine that encompasses injury-prevention, strength and power
production. Unfortunately, the exercises were very difficult to explain and
needed to be shown which made it impossible to train people that could not see
me in person. This is the reason we developed this DVD, to help others develop
a routine that could help them become stronger in their sport. "
