General Information

Store Hours: Monday - Saturday 10am - 7pm & Sunday 12pm - 6pm
Runs & Classes: Group Ride every Tuesday & Thursday starting at 6:30pm from the store. The ride consists of 2 groups, one with an average of 24 - 25 mph doing approximately 30 miles, and the other with an average of 16 - 18 mph (NO DROP) doing approximately 20 miles. Both groups start together and warmup for the first 5 miles together. An optional transition run will follow all ride along with a social hour at Lonerider Brewery (first round on US!).

Shop Info North Carolina is consistently one of the top 5 markets nationally for triathlon participation over the past 10 years. The elements that contribute to such a great market are our mild climate and active population. These elements are completely evident in our March to November race season and participation levels in the virtually every weekend race options. There is no doubt that the sport of triathlon is growing every year as more and more people join our wonderful community of athletes and competitors.

As any market grows the consumers within that market demand more options and choices. Nothing proves this more than the number of race production companies which have formed and are doing well in the North Carolina triathlon market. The concept of Trilife grew from the idea that a healthy triathlon market needs more choices.

Two years in planning the Trilife concept has grown and developed. The triathlon community needs more than just another store. Athletes, beginner to veteran, need a place to come for more than gear. They need a place where they and their families are welcome to come and hangout and socialize with the many great people who reside in our community. We aim to be the central hub of the triathlon community and lifestyle. We will realize this goal by offering more than just merchandise.

The “Trilife Experience” is about a warm smile, a silent ear and a dedication to our community to help them find a way to dream up a goal, endure the work necessary to realize that goal, and feel the personal pride in succeeding. This leads to our Tag line of Dream. Endure. Succeed. Together as a community we share the quest of the triathlon lifestyle, together we are Trilife!

Directions: From Cary: take 40 to 540 toward Wake Forest, exit onto 70 towards Downtown Raleigh. Turn left onto Westgate road and store is located .2 miles in strip mall at right hand side.
