Runs & Classes: Wednesday Fun Run: 6:30 from the store, all ages and abilities for 3-5 miles; run routes are handed out before the run.

Thursday Track Workout: 6:30 from local track during spring, summer & fall; all ages and abilities - 3-5 miles including warm-up and cool-down; Can be completed as a run/walk.

Shop Info We are a full service running, walking & fitness shop offering Personal FIT Process for shoes, sports bras, insoles & apparel.

Directions: From I-84, take Exit 43 (West Hartford Center). Turn left off the exit onto Park Road. Go through two lights, and Park Road will turn into Sedgwick Road. Take a right onto Four Mile Road. At the end of Four Mile Road, take a right onto Farmington Ave. We are immediately on your right after the first light, next to S.K. Lavery Appliances.
