This is a portable, stand-alone, 1-day workshop. You do not have to take the Tri or Road Bike Fit Workshop to take this workshop. This workshop always takes place on a Wednesday, and it is usually taught by John Cobb (on bike fit aerodynamics) or Paul Swift (pedal/shoe interface). The cost is $175. The deposit to secure your place is $15. All our workshops are portable. Our world is your oyster. You may arrive only for this workshop, eschewing our F.I.S.T. Workshops. You may take a Tri Bike Worskhop Mon/Tue and stay over for this Hump Day Workshop (this is most typical). You may, however, take the Tri Bike Workshop and omit this optional day-3 workshop. Of the 8 workshop weeks during our F.I.S.T. season, 3 offer road fit workshops. If you're already F.I.S.T. Certified for tri, you may want to arrive only for our Thurs/Fri road workshop. Or, stay for Wed, Thur, and Fri. Or, sit thru Tri on Mon/Tue, take a day off to ride and relax, omit the Hump Day workshop, and resume on Thur for the F.I.S.T. Road workshop. Accordingly, Road, Tri, and Hump Day are all portable, separate workshops. Pay a deposit for only those workshops you'd like to attend, and for which you'd like us to save space. You may arrive on Wed, or Thur morning if you wish, take this 2-day workshop, and then you're F.I.S.T. Road Certified.
