Club Info: Peachtree Tri Club was established in January of 2006 by Mari Fridenmaker and other Team In Training alumni as a way to continue their positive triathlon experiences through group workouts and community service.
We are Georgia Domestic Non-Profit Corporation and a 501(c) 4 Non-Profit Organization, as determined by the IRS.
Mission Statement:
The mission of Peachtree Tri Club is to provide Group Workouts, Information Sessions and Community Service Projects in order to promote the sport of triathlon and be a positive influence in the community, in an inviting, low-key and non-intimidating environment Club Sponsors: Our partners include: Big Peach Running Company, Tri Your Best, Momentum Performance Development, Accelerade, Road ID, Nuun, Tri-Kids, Inc. Dashiell Realty, Swimming World Magazine and others. Club Discounts: Several of our partners offer discounts to PTC members ranging from 10% to 50% off depending on the sponsor. Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): Official PTC workouts posted to the www.PeachtreeTriClub.com/Calendar.htm which contains directions and maps. PTC members have access to a members-only Yahoo Group used to communicate unofficial group workouts between members. Club Workout Schedule: Monday: Swim at Georgia Tech
Thursday: Run from Big Peach Running Company in Brookhaven
3rd Thursday of the month: Track workout at Piedmont Park.
Weekend: Twice monthly weekend group workouts listed on PTC website.
