General Information

Club Info: Total Intensity Sports provides athletes of all ages and levels the best in multisport coaching. We design personalized training programs, camps and clinics for all levels of athletes - beginner, advanced and elite.

Our athletes range from beginners to Age Group Champions to National Champions. They train smart and with intensity. Total Intensity Sports designs training schedules for our athletes that fit their personal training goals. We provide our athletes with ongoing fun, education, motivation, and guidance. We have specific sport coaching in triathlon, duathlon, swimming, cycling and running.

Our certified triathlon coaches and personal trainers serve the Sacramento Region. Whatever your fitness goals might be, Total Intensity Sports can help you reach them!

Club Workout Schedule: Year-round group workouts each week including brick workouts, open water swims, track workouts, bike time trials, practice races, race course specific training weekends and endurance training weekends for 70.3 and IM athletes.
