General Information
Club Info: We are an active tri club that trains hard but likes to socialize as well. We offer training in all 3 sports of triathlon with certified coaches in all disciplines. Club Sponsors: We hold an annual triathlon and our most recent title sponsor was Dirty Laundry Vineyard Club Discounts: For $300 a year for 6 hours of workouts given by certified coaches we feel like that is our biggest discount Directions to Workouts & Meeting Location(s): All of our workouts in the Fall, Winter and Spring are held at MacDonald Island Park. We swim in the 50 meter pool, run on the indoor track and have an indoor cycling classes on our Keiser M3's Club Workout Schedule: Monday and Wednesday evenings are spin classes from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday evenings are swim classes from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday morning at 11 AM we have a track workout
Sunday morning at 8 AM we have another swim workout Club Meetings & Events Schedule: Our executive meet on a monthly basis
