Aussie Pro Matty White is currently preparing for the upcoming Urban Hotels Group Ironman Melbourne but this fast athlete is juggling more than racing, training and eating.

He talked to slowtwitch about his 10-month old baby daughter, the new family life, working as a fire fighter and racing in Busselton, Albany and the Asia-Pacific Championships in Melbourne.
