2013 Interbike - Day 4

We spent another day inside the Mandalay Bay for the 2013 Interbike trade show and we spotted several interesting items, the highlight though came at night, courtesy of the Super Sprint Tri GP.

During the day we spotted a new tri bike by Louis Garneau, several cool K-Edge products, the Pioneer power meter, an aero road helmet by Kask, a tri saddle by Selle Italia, the Speedfil Z4 cage, a rear view mirror and much more.

In case these galleries from the recent days have left you hungry for more, we will have more detailed features about a variety of products we spotted in the coming weeks.

The Ryders Eyewear booth was possibly the most entertaining one, and the Via glasses look to be great for triathlon and retail for $49.95.

The new Iron saddle from Selle Italia follows a popular trend.

The new TT bike by Louis Garneau caught quite a few eyes and we will have a separate feature on it.

Rotor cranks come in a huge variety of sizes ranging from 150 to 180mm, and in our lineup here we only missed 150, 155 and 170.

The Kask Infinity helmet can be kept open if so desired...

... or closed with that Aero Control System.

It is actually sad that folks have to be reminded that not everything is for the taking.

Pioneer introduced their dual sided power meter system last year and now lost the zip ties on the non drive side, but they are still there on the drive side.

With the complete system at $2500, and the cranks alone at $1700, this head is expensive.

We bumped into US 70.3 champion Kevin Collington at Interbike.

The Speedfil Z4 system addresses a popular concern.

With this new universal mount by K-Edge a variety of cameras can be mounted, including the Garmin Virb.

K-Edge maven Joe Savola told us that this SRM head unit mount was inspired by a slowtwitch feature.
