Carmen Small of Team Specialized-Lululemon grabbed the US Pro Cycling TT Championships title aboard her Specialized S-Works Shiv TT and we took a closer look at her race bike. This year's event was held in Chattanooga, Tennessee and the TT took place outside the relatively new Volkswagen plant.
