Bobby Lea's Cervelo S5 VWD

At the 2014 Boston Scientific Winston-Salem Cycling Classic many other Pros seemed fascinated by the very sleek looking Cervelo S5 VWD of Bobby Lea. Olympian Lea is best known for his track exploits but he races plenty on the road too.

The S5 VWD looks very fast standing still.

Yes Sir, that is indeed a 130mm 3T Arx Team stem

Lea uses Enve bars and Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 components on his Cervelo S5.

The Garmin head unit waits for the next effort.

Smooth lines on the S5 VWD.

Up close with the fork and the Enve SES 6 tubular front wheel.

Lea just recently switched to the Rotor power meter and has not yet many miles on it. Lea rides 172.5 cranks.

A Garmin transponder gives him speed and distance.

The very clean mounted race number is hidden from the wind.

Lea keeps his gear very clean and the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 rear derailleur looked virtually new.

That glue job on that Enve SES 7 rear wheel on the other hand could have used a bit more love and care.

Was there anyone at that race who did not sport Arundel cages?
