Course Info: The Independence Sprint Duathlon is one of the newly added races to our series acquired from Piranha Sports. It is staged out of Lake Nockamixon State park in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. A one loop run, an out and back bike course and an other out and back run make for an extremely exciting day!
