Course Info: Race Course Description:rn0.5 mile swim in protected waters of the Long Island Sound.rn13.5 mile bike is a two loop course that is mostly flat and marshaled by traffic police and volunteers.rn3 mile run takes you through Calf Pasture Beach and into the local neighborhood.

Directions: Take Exit 16 off of I-95 and follow signs for Calf Pasture Beach
