Course Info: A relatively fast course with some undulations on the bike course. Wind can be a factor on the day. The swim is in a lake and the ride and run courses have multiple laps for the longer distances. Please see the following link for full information including Strava files.


More: Redman Triathlon played host to the ITU Long Distance Worlds and is a premiere event. The distances listed are for the Olympic, but the event runs Sprint, Oly, Half and Full distances plus Aquabikes and Duathlons for Oly, Half and Full distances!
