1/3 mile triangular course in beautiful Sebago Lake. Average water temperature is in the mid 60s at that time of the year. There is a 1/4 mile dirt road up to the finish. We will provide for a mini transition at the swim exit.

5k course through the campus on wooded trails with many bridges. The red loop is fairly flat, but the blue finish loop will challenge you. There will be aid stations approximately every 1 mile.

In 2019 The Sebago Lake Triathlon has moved to the beautiful campus of St. Joseph?s college. This fun, adult triathlon takes place each June.

Directions: Parking is conveniently located on campus a short distance from the transition area. Please make sure friends, family and spectators arrive onsite early as the road into the campus will close when the race begins.
