Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The swim will be a "time trial" start with fastest swimmers going first. Each swimmer will do six (6) lengths of the outdoor pool.
The bike course is two five (5) mile loops on rural roads within the City of Loudon and Loudon County. Terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on bike.
The run course uses the surrounding roads for the out and back 4K run. Aid stations will be passed each mile of this rolling course.
More: Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top three male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena. Open Relay Division: Male, Female, and Co-ed.
