Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The swim will be a "time trial" start with fastest swimmers going first. Each swimmer will do six (6) lengths of the indoor pool.
The bike course follows rural roads for 10 miles on a scenic loop through the north country.
The run leads on an out and back with a little incline but fairly "flat-ish". Aid station on the way out and another opportunity to hit it again on the way back.
More: Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top three male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena. Open Relay Division: Male, Female, and Co-ed.
