Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: SWIM ? The swim is a 1.2 mile open water lake swim in Lake Livingston. We will have a straight shore line course with a wave start, and a cut off time of 75 minutes.
BIKE ? The bike is 56 miles through quiet rolling hills which cut through the Texas forest. Bike cut off time is 12pm. There will be rest stops at mile markers 21, 31, and 45; complete with water, food, and GU Products. The rest stops located at mile 31 & 45 will have rest rooms.
RUN ? The run is 13.1 miles by Lake Livingston and through area neighborhoods in Onalaska. This course is flat and you will do three loops and head back to the finish line. We will start the rest stops at mile 2 and they will continue every two mile after and will be complete with water, food, GU Products, and we have located rest rooms at the largest rest stop.
More: Join us for the 7th Annual Onalaska Half Triathlon located in the town of Onalaska in Lake Livingston. This year our event will be back at the KOA in Onalaska with camping, RV, and cabins spots available both Friday and Saturday nights. The KOA is located approximately 10 minutes off 59 on Hwy. 109 at 15152 US Hwy., 190 West, Onalaska, 77380.
Enjoy a great lake swim followed by a beautiful scenic ride through Lake Livingston and a nice run. This event will start at 7am. This is a great practice event for all those doing fall Ironman's.
