The bike course has several fast descents, PLEASE- STAY UNDER CONTROL at all times. It?s a beautiful one that winds throughout the hills above Cd?A.
There are three aid stations on the run course that you will run through twice, one at the transition, ones near 1.5 and 4.8 miles and ones at 2.5 and 3.6 miles. This run course is entirely on the Centennial Trail

The Coeur d?Alene Triathlon and Duathlon has been one of the most scenic races in the Northwest since 1984, hence the nickname, ?The Scenic Challenge?. The coming year will mark the 35th anniversary of the race which will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019
