Course Info: Bike Course: Participants will ride north along Lake Washington Blvd until the turn-around point where athletes will ride south back to Seward Park on Lake Washington Blvd. All roads are 100% closed to traffic and monitored by Seattle PD. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Washington, Bellevue skyline and Mt. Rainier on your ride.

Run Course ? Either one loop (sprint) course through the paved running trails surrounding Seward Park. An on-course water station will be located at the beginning of the run discipline and at the halfway point of the loop course.

More: There will be no elite category or prize money for individuals competing in the sprint triathlon.
