Course Info: 1/3 mile swim in Knights Pond
14.25 mile beautiful rolling bike course along the well maintained Eastern Trail (paved surface).
5k scenic loop run that starts out with a welcomed downhill start, long flat section along the Eastern Trail with a finish to remember!

More: Following the Long Course/Half Iron distance race AND Olympic distance on Sunday, athletes will treated to a New England Harvest Style feast provided by the Spring Hill Restaurant. Family members and spectators can order this dinner for an additional cost of $28 for adults or $16 for children under 12. Dinner will begin at noon. Tickets must be pre-ordered. The dinner will include the following: roast turkey, stuffing, gravy (gluten free also available), mashed potatoes, squash, green beans, cole slaw, tossed salad, cranberry sauce, homemade bread and rolls, pumpkin pie, apple crisp, and drinks.
