Course Info: This is one of the most beautiful race venues n the region. The swim is in crystal clear Sherman Lake. The bike is on public roads, 39th St., "G" Ave., and 37th St., near the YMCA and Outdoor Center. The run includes a section inside the in the YMCA and Outdoor Center grounds, and a loop on 38th St. next to the grounds.

More: The Shermanator has raised funds annually for the Sherman Lake YMCA to benefit families in need in Kalamazoo and Calhoun Counties for the past 16 years. The Sherman Lake YMCA programs build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through instilling values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility.

Directions: The Sherman Lake YMCA and Outdoor Center is is located approximately half way between Kalamazoo and Battle Creek in southwest Michigan. The Center is easy to reach with I-94 as the closest interstate and the Galesburg exit as the nearest to the race site.
