Course Info: The swim will be in the crystal clear waters of Rennie lake following a rectangle format. The bike course is great skirting you right along downtown Traverse City with an all right turn rolling course. It will take you by several lakes, a fast decent and a nice little climb to keep everyone honest out there.

More: Both a Sprint and Olympic offered as well as aquabike options.

All new bike course will be a HUGE improvement from year one at the new venue. We have deleted the half as well. You will be making a 20k loop around the lake with all right turns. The run course will be much improved as well with the camp staff replacing the sandy sections with wood chips and mulch.

This is gonna be a good one folks, a festival of triathlons minutes from downtown Traverse City, Michigan during the International Cherry Festival. Nestled in the pines of the Greilick Outdoor Recreation area, a former scout camp. Yes there is camping available right on sight! Come join us for bonfires and movies under the moon light while you are doing your final tapering for the event. This is gonna be our version of the West coasts Wildflower triathlons.

Directions: Please follow signs when arriving on site for parking. There will be limited parking inside the center and on scout camp roads. NO PARKING ON HOBBS road.

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
