General Info: USA Triathlon Coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). 5+ years of coaching experience, all ages, levels. Focus on Olympic, Half, and Full Ironman distance racing. Nutrition guidance provided, as well as how to have lots of fun when trying to balance the insanity of triathlon. Rates & Fees: Please email to discuss rates and fees- may vary for services requested. Training Camps Offered: Camps for specialized groups held several times a year, both in the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas. Will also travel to be a co-coach at a camp as well.
