General Info: Total Intensity Sports provides athletes of all ages and levels the best in multisport coaching. We design personalized individual training programs, as well as group training for all levels of athletes - beginner, advanced and elite.
Our athletes range from beginners to Age Group Champions and National Champions. They train smart and with intensity. Total Intensity Sports designs training schedules for our athletes that fit their personal training goals. We provide our athletes with ongoing fun, education, motivation, and guidance. We have specific sport coaching in triathlon, duathlon, swimming, cycling and running. We specialize in designing individualized endurance triathlon (70.3 and IM) training plans.
