General Info
General Info: I completed my first triathlon over 10 years ago because it looked like it could be challenging and fun. After my first race, Eagleman, I was hooked. I began to learn as much as I could about the sport, and have completed many races since then...10 ironman races, many, many half ironman races, olympics and sprints, duathlons, full and half marathons, 5k's, 10ks, etc. I have had many podium finishes and have qualified for both the Ironman 70.3 and Kona Ironman World Championships. I am a certified open water lifeguard and have helped many overcome their fear of the open water, develop better swim efficiency, and siting techniques. I have been coaching other athletes for the several years with great success. I am proud to say we all have fun and are getting faster! Rates & Fees: Individual Training Programs for triathlon and duathlon. I believe communications is critical and encourage unlimited e-mail and telephone contact. Cost of services varies depending on training plan desired. Training Camps Offered: Looking forward to presenting Staystrong Multisport camps in Sarasota winter/spring 2011. Look to the website for upcoming details!
Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
