General Info: Coach Andy lives and breathes triathlon. He competed in his first triathlon in 1992 at age 10 and now has five Ironman finishes to his name. Through his dedication and comprehension of endurance training he has seen improvements across all disciplines and distances. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Illinois Wesleyan University and attended Illinois State University for his Masters work also in Biology. His extensive research background and understanding of physiological systems have been the perfect building blocks for his career in coaching and professional bike fitting. His coaching style involves creating personalized training schedules, involving the concepts of periodization and goal setting. He believes strongly in the quality of workouts versus quantity of workouts. Rates & Fees: All programs are fully custom programs tailored to the indicidual athlete.
