General Info: My goal is to help people get fast in triathlon, running, and cycling! As an elite runner and triathlete, I discovered the two most important principles in endurance sports that leads me to become a 14:00 5k runner and a pro triathlete. Now I use the same principles to help athletes of all skill levels to achieve personal bests and complete ultra-distance events.
Let me help you get faster than you ever thought possible through (a) personalized triathlon training schedules, (b) improved bike fit, swim, and run skills, as well as (c) streamline your current triathlon training and racing plan. All of my coaching programs are 100% custom and individualized for your unique needs. For triathletes in the Seattle and Eastern Oregon areas, I offer in-person coaching sessions in addition to providing training schedules on-line.
Some of my credentials:
- USA Cycling Level 3
- USA Track & Field Level 1
- Assistant coach for Seattle University's distance running program 2007-2008
- The most important one: I race professionally in triathlon and duathlon! Some of my notable results include 5th at Ironman St. George in 2012, 6th at Ironman Canada in 2012, won the USAT professional duathlon national championships in 2010, won the ITU Age-Group Duathlon World Championships in 2009.
-I performed professional bike fits at Sammamish Valley Cycle for many years

Map location is based off of a geocode of the addressed entered using Google's Google Maps API. If your address does not geocode properly, you can either update the address (we will attempt to re-geocode after any updates to your entry) or you can use Google's geocoding tool found here: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/geocoder/singlegeocode.html to obtain a lat/long for your location and enter that. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long. If you choose to enter a lat/long, you must check the box on the edit page that says, "override geocode with entered lat/long."
