General Info: Kendra has been competing in triathlons and endurance running for over 15 years. Among her accomplishments are a finish at Ironman Wisconsin in 2010 and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Kendra comes from a competitive running and swimming background. She has a Bachelors degree from Creighton University in both biology and nursing and a Masters in Nursing from University of Nebraska Medical Center, both in Omaha, NE. Kendra is a certified triathlon coach through USAT and ITCA and she is a USAT member.
Matrix Training is an online endurance and triathlon training business. We design customized training plans for the triathlete and endurance athlete within you. No person and their inner athlete is the same...therefore, no training program should be the same! We at Matrix Training understand that concept and are committed to creating custom training programs that meet each individuals specific needs. We work with you through your training program, making changes as necessary, and ensuring you are satisfied. We understand the demands of balancing work, family, and physical activity. We also know the importance of creativity and variety in order to keep an athlete's interest and motivation high. To use the utility, type in an address that is close to your location and then drag-and-drop the marker to obtain the desired lat/long.
